A selective development pathway for committed and high-potential players.
The English Football School Centre of Excellence (COE) is an invite-only programme designed for players who demonstrate strong technical ability, game understanding, and commitment to development. The COE provides an enhanced training environment for children who are ready to be challenged further while continuing to enjoy the game.

How to Join the COE
The COE is not open for direct sign-up. Players are invited based on ongoing observation during regular EFS sessions. Parents who wish to learn more about the programme may contact us to discuss suitability and progression pathways.
